SHIPPING POLICY​

Hair is typically shipped within 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. This could be anywhere from 2-5 days before your order is due to be delivered. During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays. All our orders are sent with required signature. We will not be held responsible for packages with confirmed delivery status.

No refunds after the start of any flier, or Web design.

 

Thedra Lorraine Jewelry, Handbags & Accessories: 
Refunds can be made within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase (Square or PayPal receipt).   All tags must be attached and NO damage done to handbag or accessory.  There will be a complete examination of handbag upon return prior to return of money. Any product returned that is shown to have damage to handbag, accessory or dustbag will be returned to customer and NO refund will be given. To return an item within 7 days of purchase, please send an email to thedralorraine@gmail.com, expressing you would like to return an item and list the item to be returned.  You will receive an address to return the item through email. All return can be shipped to address in email (at customers expense).
