You have 24 hours from the date online order is placed to either request for a refund or change your order to an alternate item. After 24 hours, there are no refunds or exchanges. If it is over 24 hours, and you would like an alternate item, it will be treated as a new item. You must pay the entire amount of that new order and there will be no refund of any difference of the old one. You will receive both items.
Orders placed in person or over the phone can be changed up to 24 hours after the deposit has been paid. Once 24 hours has passed, any alternate items requested will be rejected or you may purchase that item in full. No refunds on the prior order. however it is less than the prior item
